5-min actions to improve your mood & wellbeing

  • Drink 2 tall glasses of water
  • Clean up your desk or workspace
  • Write and send someone a loving text
  • Give yourself a gentle face massage
  • Free-write your thoughts in a journal
  • Repeat your favorite feel-good affirmations
  • Listen to your favorite songs
  • Water your plants / cuddle your pet
  • Stand up and shake it all out. Take 10 deep breaths
  • Identify and give away 2 things you don’t need or use any longer
