Printed Products

Payment Policy

All transactions on the website are made through payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Shipping & Delivery

You can expect delivery of printed books within 7-10 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). We ship to most countries worldwide excluding Afghanistan, Myanmar, Belarus, North Korea, Brazil, Russia, Central African Republic, Somalia, China, South Sudan, Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, Cuba, Syria, Cyprus, Tunisia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Eritrea, Ukraine, Iran, Venezuela, Lebanon, Yemen, Libya and Zimbabwe.

We only make use of internationally reputed shipping companies and/or International Speed Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the shipping company/ speed post on account of any factors beyond our control. We will endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

Return & Refund policy

We only provide refunds if the item you received was wrong or damaged. Due to logistics involved in international shipping and small-scale production, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any other reason. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the case of receiving damaged goods or products, please write to us at support@selfworkco.com along with photos of your damaged item. Once your item is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is  approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if over 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

Customs / Import Duty

Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country. While most orders make it through customs without any additional fees, the customs agency in your country may require you to provide additional documents before receiving your package.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their country’s customs office to verify any additional fees you may be charged. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by writing to us at support@selfworkco.com. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out for delivery.

Digital Products

Return & Refund policy

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is considered “used” after download or opening. Therefore all digital purchases made on this website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Selfwork Co® reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, product specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Digital Products

You will automatically receive a link to download your product/ products upon completing your purchase. If, for any reason, you do not receive the download link, contact us at support@selfworkco.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not possible for our digital products since fulfilment of all digital orders is instant.
