Things you can do to prioritize your well-being in 2,5,15 & 30 mins

Here’s what you can do in 2 minutes:

  • Hand on heart, hand on belly. Take 5 slow deep breaths 
  • Recite and repeat your affirmations 
  • Name 5 things you see, 4 things you touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you taste 
  • Send a loving text 
  • Visualize yourself accomplishing a goal 
  • Drink a tall glass of water

Here’s what you can do in 5 minutes:

  • Stretch your body or try a full sun salutation (yoga) 
  • Practice setting a boundary you know needs to be set 
  • Write down a list of things you feel grateful for + let yourself feel it 
  • Call someone to check-in / tell them you’re thinking of them
