1. Do the one thing you have been avoiding / procrastinating on instead of fearing it.

2. Look long deep at yourself in the mirror, as if you are looking at someone you love.

3. Listen to the world's most relaxing song: Weightless by Marconi Union. According to neuroscientists, it may help with reducing anxiety by up to 65% (does not apply to everybody).

4. Be in or around water: take a cold or hot shower / soak your face in ice water / hydrate with a tall glass of water / go for a swim.

5. Create a folder on your phone of your favourite memories or create a vision board/ wishlist on Pinterest.

6. Call someone to check-in/ tell them you're thinking of them.

7. Follow a 15 minute full body stretching routine on youtube.

8. Watch a TED talk or cute animal video.

9. Turn off all digital notifications/ media.

10. Warm yourself under a blanket and breathe. Hand on heart. Hand on belly.
